If we err and send the wrong part or the parts are defective, we will issue full credit. To ensure fairness in our return policy, we are implementing the following guidelines relating to credits are their issuance. In order to offset our cost of duplicate handling and processing, we may charge a restock fee of a minimum of $25 or 25% on returned items.
We will not accept:
- Return of or issue credit for product under $50
- Return of "Special Order parts" unless we have an RGA from our supplier. A "Special Order part" is defined, in part, as a part we normally do not stock, do not have other users of, or is per print.
- Return of parts that have been altered in any way.
- Return of parts sold more than 6 months ago.
All returns must be pre-approved by the President or designee and restocking charges will apply. After obtaining an RGA #, approved returns may be shipped back to the warehouse the product was originally shipped from.
All returns must be in the original boxes with our tags on them. RGA paperwork MUST accompany the parts when returned.
Credit will be issued once the parts have been returned to the correct warehouse, received and inspected, less any restock charges. The customer will be notified when credit is issued. Please contact your DMB salesperson if you have any questions regarding this policy.
